Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support innovative healthcare solutions, the full-time remote Business Analyst will analyze and improve business processes, act as a liaison between clients and technical teams, and ensure client requirements are integrated into system design.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes to align with client technology goals
- Serve as a bridge between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define and communicate business requirements
- Create and analyze test scenarios to verify that client requirements are incorporated into system design
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in translating technical goals into actionable outcomes for clients
- Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts, including configuration and development
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software for quantitative analysis
- Strong analytical skills and experience in business process re-engineering
- Proven ability to communicate technical ideas to diverse audiences effectively
