Business Analyst
Job Summary
Joining a dynamic Digital Client Operations team, the full-time Business Analyst I will investigate complex client issues, analyze business processes, support solution development, and validate system enhancements in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze client-reported issues and perform root cause analysis to improve product performance
- Gather and document business and functional requirements while assisting in solution design and backlog prioritization
