Business Analyst
Job Summary
Owning the client experience for a portfolio of smaller recurring services, the full-time remote Business Analyst will independently manage day-to-day delivery, prioritize client needs, and translate operational requirements into actionable solutions while fostering customer engagement and platform adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day client engagements and manage the rhythm of service delivery across multiple accounts
- Translate business requirements into actionable backlog items and proactively identify operational gaps
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, ensuring alignment on priorities and measurable value delivery
Required qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce concepts and Sitetracker administration
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client workloads effectively
- Proven ability to translate complex operational workflows into practical solutions
- Demonstrated experience in client leadership and service delivery
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve client issues with minimal oversight
