Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Data Analytics Manager and Finance team, the full-time Business Analyst will enhance technology platforms, improve processes, and conduct financial analyses to drive strategic initiatives within a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics team and Salesforce developers to optimize company-wide technology solutions
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities in collaboration with Finance and field teams
- Analyze large datasets to provide insights into business performance and support M&A integration activities
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related field
- 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience
- Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP platform
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and financial modeling
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
