Business Analyst
Job Summary
Collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams, the remote Business Analyst will gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to identify business needs and process improvements
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for technical teams
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Proficiency with process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation tools
- Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall project environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field preferred
