Business Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance business processes and system changes, the full-time remote Business Analyst will develop, research, test, and implement improvements while acting as a subject matter expert in documenting business impacts and requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate and document business process changes and their impacts
- Conduct interviews and research to gather stakeholder requirements
- Provide training and post-implementation support for new procedures
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in data gathering, research, and analytics
- Experience with financial and risk analysis, including cost-benefit analysis
- Proficiency in business process analytics using Excel and workflow models
- Understanding of IT systems and their business impacts
