Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Analyst will support engineering teams and business units by developing and documenting business requirements, creating reports and dashboards, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with agile teams and assist in translating roadmap features into epics and stories
- Develop and document business requirements while testing and documenting systems and software
- Create reports and metrics to showcase outcomes and work closely with Product Managers on planning and prioritization
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- 2 years of experience working with Salesforce
- Experience in the analysis and comprehension of data
- International Education/Exchange experience preferred
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
