Business Analyst
Job Summary
Partnering with business and technical teams, the fully remote Business Analyst will gather requirements, drive customer portal initiatives, and support system integrations across enterprise applications while working Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for customer web portal enhancements and new feature implementations
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories by collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and project teams
- Support system integration projects by identifying requirements, mapping processes, and coordinating testing efforts
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting technology, software, or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong experience working on customer-facing web portal projects from requirements gathering through implementation
- Experience supporting application and system integration projects in a cross-functional environment
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- SQL experience is a plus for reporting, data analysis, and troubleshooting purposes
