Job Summary

Supporting customer onboarding and service operations, the contract Business Analyst will perform accurate data entry, utility outreach, and timely resolution of customer requests while working flexibly from home in Houston, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize bill inquiries and payment escalations while collaborating with internal teams
• Audit work for accuracy and consistently meet weekly productivity metrics and deadlines
• Provide constructive feedback to improve processes based on analytical reviews of work

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; extensive relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• One to three years of professional experience; entry-level candidates may be considered
• Experience in customer service with the ability to communicate professionally with multiple stakeholders
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including the use of spreadsheets and templates
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams
