Business Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the client experience for a portfolio of smaller recurring services accounts, the full-time remote Business Analyst will independently lead day-to-day delivery, prioritize tasks, and translate operational needs into practical solutions while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client engagements and manage service delivery to ensure clear ownership and accountability
• Translate business requirements into actionable backlog items and maintain a steady pipeline of valuable work
• Proactively identify operational gaps and drive consistent platform usage and adoption across multiple accounts

Required qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce concepts and Sitetracker or similar platform administration
• Strong organizational skills to manage a high-volume portfolio of client accounts
• Ability to gather business requirements and convert them into clear, actionable tasks
• Proven track record of building trusted client relationships and delivering measurable value
• Understanding of operational workflows and the ability to recommend platform improvements
