Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Department of Homeland Security, the onsite Business Analyst will gather requirements, manage content updates, and provide user support for the WCMaaS Drupal platform.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements and user stories for site enhancements
- Support content updates, validation, and accessibility while using tools to monitor content quality
- Provide Tier 1 user support and maintain user guides and training materials for content administrators
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of business analysis or web content management experience
- Experience working with a CMS, preferably Drupal, and Atlassian Jira
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Client Public Trust suitability determination
