Job Summary
Supporting business initiatives through data analysis, the full-time Business Analyst will identify implementation barriers, perform user acceptance testing, and recommend business solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems
- Identify and analyze user requirements and procedures to improve existing processes
- Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects and assist with implementation of recommended solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of business process analysis or data analysis experience
- Intermediate Excel experience, including formulas, pivot tables, and v-lookup
- Claims background strongly preferred
- Project management experience preferred
