Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support business application solutions, the full-time Business Analyst will drive requirements elicitation, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage project portfolios, working remotely or onsite in Charlotte, NC.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a key liaison between the Technology Delivery team and line of business (LOB) stakeholders
• Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions to capture and validate business, functional, and technical requirements
• Conduct current state analysis of existing business systems and prepare diagrams to support project implementations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with six years in information technology, including significant software development experience
• Four years of experience as a business analyst or in a related role, with expertise in project management and business process management
• Experience with Waterfall SDLC and/or Agile/Lean methodologies
• Strong presentation and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of interacting effectively with various stakeholders
