Business Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the business analysis workstream, the full-time Business Analyst will conduct requirement elicitation, document specifications, and analyze business processes while working remotely in the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate requirement elicitation workshops with stakeholders and maintain business requirement documentation
- Analyze existing processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Guide and mentor junior business analysts while managing backlog grooming and supporting UAT planning
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 6-9 years of experience in business analysis, including leadership of analysis workstreams
- Strong expertise in requirement gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps
- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis
