Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support multiple MDM applications, the full-time Business Analyst will gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements while partnering with technical teams to evaluate solution options and support testing efforts, with the flexibility to work from home or onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements across MDM, PIM, DAM, and related enterprise data platforms
- Lead elicitation sessions and document user stories, process flows, wireframes, acceptance criteria, and business rules
- Coordinate functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, including test case review, execution support, and defect management
Required qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in MDM applications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
