Business Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and collaborative, the contract Business Analyst will lead end-to-end knowledge management efforts for the Ask chatbot, including authoring high-quality knowledge articles, enforcing governance policies, and building partnerships with Centers of Excellence, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Author high-quality knowledge articles and documentation for respective COE(s)
• Enforce knowledge governance policies and implement quality control processes for knowledge content
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Centers of Excellence to ensure accurate representation of specialized knowledge

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management, technical writing, or content strategy
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong understanding of content management systems and information architecture
• Familiarity with analytics tools for measuring content performance
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
