Business Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time remote Business Analyst will develop and implement business process improvements, evaluate changes for impact, and act as a subject matter expert for system enhancements.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, research, and implement business process improvements and system changes
- Conduct interviews and research to document stakeholder needs and business requirements
- Provide training and post-implementation support, including problem resolution and change management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in data gathering, research, and analytics
- Experience with financial and risk analysis, including cost-benefit analysis
- 2+ years of experience using project planning techniques and methodologies
- Proficiency in business process analytics skills, including Excel and workflow modeling
