Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support the development of a unified customer portal, the remote Business Analyst will lead requirements elicitation sessions, create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery during EST hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead business requirements elicitation sessions and create detailed BRDs aligned with business objectives
- Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, validate, and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate testing activities and create user documentation to support portal adoption and change management
Required qualifications:
- Experience as a Business Analyst supporting software or digital transformation projects
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation, including BRDs and use cases
- Hands-on experience with process mapping and testing coordination
- Proven ability to work with business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with customer portal or web application projects is highly preferred
