Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Analyst will analyze, document, and improve business processes and workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile Scrum environment.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and functional specifications for development
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain the product backlog, ensuring requirements are understood and prioritized for development
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field preferred
• 4+ years of business analysis or process improvement experience, ideally in a technology or professional services environment
• Proficiency in process modeling tools and experience with Agile/Scrum development teams
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Lean Six Sigma preferred
• Familiarity with SQL and exposure to Microsoft Azure or AI-driven process automation is a plus
