Business Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the analysis and delivery of business solutions, the full-time Business Analyst will gather and document requirements, map business processes, and assist with solution implementation using Agile and Waterfall methodologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a corporate office environment.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of projects by decomposing them into actionable requirements for timely delivery
- Facilitate requirement discovery sessions and workshops with cross-functional teams
- Create wireframes and process flow diagrams to visualize and document business processes and requirements
Required qualifications
- BA/BS Degree
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in an Agile environment
- Solid knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficient in project management tools (Azure DevOps preferred) and UX design tools (Figma)
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and creating wireframes
