Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support customer portal and software-related initiatives, the fully remote Business Analyst will gather requirements, document business processes, and facilitate project delivery from conception through implementation during EST business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Lead business requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders across multiple departments
- Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and related project documentation
- Coordinate and execute testing efforts, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect tracking
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting software, integration, or customer-facing technology projects
- Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business requirements, including creation of BRDs
- Strong experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation
- Hands-on experience developing use cases, test plans, and supporting UAT activities
- Experience supporting customer portal implementations or enhancements is highly preferred
