Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely during EST hours, the full-time Business Analyst will partner with stakeholders and project teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and drive operational improvements.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements from key stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to identify business needs and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system implementations and process optimization initiatives
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting business, technology, or operational initiatives
- Prior experience building customer portals or related software projects
- Strong ability to gather requirements and translate complex business needs into clear documentation
- Experience supporting Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field preferred
