Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working in a hybrid environment, the full-time Business Analyst will identify business needs and determine solutions to business problems, acting as a liaison between IT development and business units for system development and enhancements.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between IT development and business units for system implementation and enhancements
- Evaluate new IT developments and business requirements, recommending appropriate systems alternatives and enhancements
- Prepare communications and presentations on proposed system solutions
Required qualifications:
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in finance, economics, math, programming, or a related quantitative field preferred
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Experience in all phases of the SDLC lifecycle
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
