Business Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with business stakeholders, the full-time Business Analyst will identify technology needs, document requirements, and support the development of solutions in a national remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather and document actionable requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Create and maintain detailed business requirements documentation, including process maps and data flow diagrams
• Facilitate meetings to refine requirements and support all phases of the Agile Scrum framework

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting technical project teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, along with experience using Jira and Confluence
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• IIBA certification (ECBA, CCBA, or CBAP) or equivalent experience is preferred
