Business Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the elicitation and documentation of requirements for software implementation projects, the full-time Business Analyst will work remotely to manage client interactions, ensure efficient requirement gathering, and collaborate with technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Identify detailed requirements scope and collaborate with clients to define the requirements management plan
- Partner with Solution Architects and Technical Consultants to discuss design and testing needs early in projects
- Document client business, functional, and non-functional requirements using standard tools and methodologies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a business-related field
- 3+ years of experience with software implementation delivery teams
- 5+ years of experience in the P&C insurance industry
- Previous experience in system replacement and/or integration as a business analyst
- Strong ownership and attention to detail
