Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support multiple New York programs, the full-time remote Business Analyst will gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and collaborate with operations and technical teams to enhance system solutions and improve processes.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, workflows, and process documentation
- Support Salesforce and other enterprise applications through requirements gathering, testing, and solution validation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or operations analysis
- Experience translating business needs into functional requirements and workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Access
