Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the delivery of enterprise customer portal and software integration initiatives, the remote Business Analyst will gather and document business requirements, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and map business processes over a 12-month contract.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead business requirements elicitation activities through various methods including interviews and workshops
- Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use cases, and functional documentation
- Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and develop user documentation to ensure end-user adoption
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software, web, or digital transformation projects
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, including BRDs and functional specifications
- Strong experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis
- Hands-on experience supporting UAT planning and execution
