Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support operational improvements, the full-time remote Business Analyst will analyze healthcare data, develop reports and dashboards, and ensure data integrity while managing project timelines and collaborating with business leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to create and maintain specialized reports and tools
- Collect, analyze, and present healthcare data from multiple sources to identify trends and issues
- Oversee report publication and automation processes, ensuring compliance with company policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel Macros/VBA
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Tableau
