Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time remote Business Analyst will manage business reporting, ensure data accuracy and governance, and drive automation initiatives across teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain dashboards for management reporting while establishing standardized reporting processes
- Ensure data quality and integrity by normalizing and structuring data across multiple platforms
- Document and optimize processes for data workflows and automation to improve operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an analytical, reporting, or technical support role
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced functions
- Working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on reporting or process improvement initiatives
