Business Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and organized, the temporary remote Business Analyst will triage and manage incoming requests, perform data validation, and provide operations support for infrastructure capacity while ensuring adherence to established procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Triage and manage a high volume of incoming requests within a case tracking system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Perform meticulous data validation and utilize advanced spreadsheet skills for budget tracking and data reconciliation
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, tracking action items through to successful closure

Required qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field
• 2-4 years of experience in operations coordination, service desk, case management, or a similar queue-based role
• Proficiency with ticketing/case management systems such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and data reconciliation
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts
