Job Summary
Supporting the organization through complex healthcare situations, the full-time Business Analyst will enhance operational efficiencies, manage project scopes and requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Leads the development of project scopes, requirements, and business objectives to improve operational efficiencies
- Proactively identifies and analyzes system/application issues to minimize disruptions and enhance service delivery
- Develops and maintains business process documents, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in information technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in project management, including writing or managing projects
