Job Summary
To support a growing team, the remote Business Analyst will manage backlog refinement, maintain requirements traceability, and facilitate stakeholder sessions while working on Agile/SAFe initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Run backlog refinement and decompose initiatives into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria
- Maintain the requirements package and ensure full traceability from requirements to tests in VA tools
- Facilitate elicitation sessions, workshops, and stakeholder reviews with VA logisticians and clinicians
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria on Agile/SAFe teams
- Experience with requirements traceability and backlog management in Jira and Confluence
- Proven ability to facilitate elicitation sessions and stakeholder reviews
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to obtain a Tier 2 / Moderate Risk Public Trust and a VA PIV credential
