Job Summary
To support educational initiatives, the remote Business Analyst will be responsible for eliciting, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, collaborating with Product Managers to create user stories and process maps, and providing expert guidance on product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs requirements elicitation and modeling, analysis, and artifact production
- Collaborates with Product Managers to document and model requirements for features and user stories
- Assesses business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, computer science, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of business analysis experience
- Business analyst certification (e.g., IIBA-ECBA, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Technical background with knowledge of software development and SDLC processes
- Experience with Agile frameworks and Scrum principles
