To support client programs, the full-time remote Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, enhance program efficiency through automation, and manage data for informed decision-making.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document detailed requirements for client programs
- Implement data management practices to ensure accurate collection and utilization of program-related data
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in professional services or program management
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, and familiarity with tools like Smartsheet and iManage
- Experience with process mapping and workflows
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams
