Job Summary
Seeking a seasoned Business Analyst, the full-time remote position will partner with business stakeholders to identify and document requirements while leading discovery sessions and translating complex challenges into actionable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and document business needs and requirements through stakeholder engagement
- Develop detailed business requirements documents, process maps, and functional specifications
- Facilitate communication among business units, technology teams, and leadership stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of Business Analysis experience in complex enterprise environments
- Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Strong experience in business process modeling and process improvement methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification preferred
