Job Summary
Supporting the delivery of enterprise customer portal and software integration initiatives, the remote Business Analyst will gather and document business requirements, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and support testing and user adoption efforts across complex technology projects in a 12-month contract opportunity.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead business requirements elicitation activities through various methods, including interviews and workshops
- Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use cases, and functional documentation
- Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test case creation and defect tracking
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software, web, or digital transformation projects
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, including BRDs and functional specifications
- Strong experience working with business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams
- Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and requirements management
- Hands-on experience supporting testing activities, including UAT planning and execution
