Job Summary
As a fully remote Business Analyst, the successful candidate will analyze and improve business processes, serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams, and ensure client requirements are integrated into system designs.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes
- Act as a bridge between clients, project managers, and technical personnel to define and communicate business requirements
- Create and analyze test scenarios to verify that client requirements are incorporated into system design
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in translating technical goals into actionable plans for clients
- Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts, including configuration and development
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software for quantitative analysis
- Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills for delivering messages to various stakeholders
