Job Summary
To support the Integrations Operations team, the full-time temporary Business Analyst will manage day-to-day integrity operations, conduct root cause analyses, and drive project timelines while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Run day-to-day integrity operations, investigating and enforcing client integrity policies
- Improve operations by conducting root cause analyses and identifying trends related to policy violations
- Triage escalations and report project status, risks, and needs to cross-functional partners
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2-4 years of project management and operational support experience
- Proficiency in data tools and advanced Excel skills
- Experience in configuring operational workflows and conducting QA testing
- Prior experience with content or community moderation
