Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support healthcare improvement initiatives, the full-time remote Professional Business Analyst will serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams, gathering and analyzing business requirements, recommending process improvements, and coordinating multiple projects throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and maintain business requirements and process flows across project lifecycles
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with client technology goals
• Facilitate meetings and communicate project status and solution recommendations to diverse stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably with Medicaid and Medicare experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, basic SQL, and requirements management tools such as ALM
• Strong analytical skills with experience in evaluating and improving business processes
• Excellent written communication and technical documentation skills
• Experience facilitating meetings and building consensus among diverse stakeholders
