Job Summary
To support a large-scale global transformation program within an investment management organization, two experienced IT Business Analysts will work remotely on a contract basis, focusing on consolidating Middle Office operations and modernizing technology infrastructure while collaborating with various teams to gather requirements and implement a future-state operating model.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Middle Office Operations throughout major business and technology transformation initiatives
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, processes, and data flows
- Support the design and implementation of a global Middle Office Target Operating Model (TOM)
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant Business Analysis, Investment Operations, or Middle Office experience
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end Middle Office and investment operations lifecycle
- Experience with core Middle Office functions, including IBOR, corporate actions, and trade matching
- Strong background in business process re-engineering and operational transformation
- Experience supporting large-scale business or technology transformation programs
