Job Summary
To support a major Canadian insurance organization, the full-time remote Business Analyst will manage requirements gathering, process analysis, and support Agile delivery teams for a modern insurance technology platform, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation activities with stakeholders
- Collaborate with Agile teams to develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and support testing activities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and perform Scrum Master duties as required to promote team effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Business Analysis experience in technology or application development environments
- Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in Agile software delivery teams
- Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools for managing requirements and user stories
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Strong experience in defining functional, non-functional, security, and testing requirements
