Job Summary
Working remotely during EST business hours, the long-term contract Business Analyst will lead requirements elicitation and documentation efforts to consolidate multiple legacy customer platforms into a single global customer portal.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead requirements elicitation activities with business users and stakeholders to define project objectives
- Create and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, and process maps for portal transformation initiatives
- Support testing efforts and user acceptance activities to ensure successful solution adoption
Required qualifications:
- 12+ months of contract experience or willingness to commit to a long-term contract engagement
- Experience in conducting business requirements elicitation and authoring comprehensive BRDs
- Background in process mapping, use case development, and requirements management
- Experience creating user documentation and supporting training initiatives
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
