Job Summary
To support the delivery of enterprise customer portal and software integration initiatives, the remote Business Analyst will gather and document business requirements, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and support testing and user adoption efforts over a 12-month contract.
Key responsibilities
- Lead business requirements elicitation activities through various methods such as interviews and workshops
- Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use cases, and functional documentation
- Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and develop user documentation and training materials
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software, web, or digital transformation projects
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, including BRDs
- Strong experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Hands-on experience with process mapping and workflow analysis
- Experience supporting testing activities, including UAT planning and execution
