Job Summary
Supporting the product team in delivering and enhancing products, the full-time remote Business Analyst will drive results through analysis, user acceptance testing, and collaboration with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with business partners to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements
- Conduct analysis and facilitate sessions to define project requirements and measurable process improvement objectives
- Represent business users during product testing and evaluation, ensuring alignment with business processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Process development
- 1-3 years of experience in Project Management and Agile Product Development methodologies
- Healthcare Systems and Operations experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate skills in MS Excel
