Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Business Analyst Act 34 Licensed, the candidate will collaborate with users and developers to identify problems, propose solutions, and maintain project planning documents while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Identify areas of concern affecting client satisfaction and propose improvements
• Develop administration policies and procedures to ensure effective claims administration practices
• Maintain project planning and model business requirements for new and existing systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience preferred
• Two years of general business experience preferred
• Knowledge of commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare products preferred
• Competent in MS Office and PC skills preferred
• Working knowledge of COB (Coordination of Benefits) preferred
