Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Business Analyst Advisor will work remotely from New York, focusing on process analysis, requirements gathering, and configuration of Solumina modules while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Assess manufacturing and shop floor workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Lead workshops to document functional and technical requirements, converting them into user stories and specifications
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and IT to ensure alignment of MES capabilities with operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in manufacturing or aerospace/defense
- Experience with Solumina MES or other MES/MOM systems
- Functional knowledge of SAP PP, QM, SM, and ability to debug transactions
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies
