Business Analyst, AI Solutions
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Analyst, AI Solutions will evaluate business problems, recommend appropriate AI tools, and collaborate with engineering teams to design and deploy AI agents and automated workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with various managers to identify workflows for AI agent automation and document current processes and requirements
- Evaluate workflow challenges and recommend suitable in-house AI tools or platforms, balancing no-code/low-code solutions with custom development needs
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Product Development Team, translating business requirements into user stories and functional specifications
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on evaluating tools and configuring workflows
- Hands-on experience building or configuring AI agents or workflow automations on no-code/low-code platforms
- Solid understanding of prompt design and agentic AI concepts to effectively communicate requirements to developers
- Experience mapping data and integrating systems via APIs or native integrations
- Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications and working solutions
