Job Summary
Supporting the Senior Director of CRM Systems and Business Integrations, the full-time Business Analyst, Business Systems will work onsite in Alpharetta, Georgia, focusing on defining requirements for AI Agents and Salesforce enhancements while managing feature requests and coordinating with distributed development teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define requirements and acceptance criteria for AI Agents, workspaces, integrations, and Salesforce enhancements
- Manage feature requests, backlogs, dependencies, risks, decisions, and release coordination
- Plan QA and UAT, manage defects, and confirm business sign-off before releases
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years of experience supporting enterprise systems, process automation, and system integrations as a Business Analyst
- Experience with requirements, user stories, test plans, QA, UAT, defect management, and release sign-off
- Experience managing backlogs and coordinating releases in CRM and integrated enterprise environments
- Experience with data analysis, project management, and training in distributed development teams
