Job Summary

Providing end-to-end analytical and operational support for the credit card portfolio, the remote contract Business Analyst - Card Portfolio will leverage AI tools for forecasting, streamline reporting, and collaborate with vendors to enhance card program performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver dedicated portfolio analytics through deep-dive reporting and performance tracking for new card programs
• Redesign and automate reporting processes to create concise, actionable insights for stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and enhance card operations and product execution

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related fields
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with reporting tools
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret results and provide actionable recommendations
• Knowledge of payments and card services or portfolio management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
