Business Analyst - Claims TX
Job Summary
To support clients in improving healthcare outcomes, the full-time remote Business Analyst - Claims Adjudication / Financial will analyze and document business processes, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and ensure client requirements are integrated into system design.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes in alignment with client technology goals
- Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams to define and communicate business requirements
- Create and execute test scenarios to verify that system designs meet client requirements and participate in technical reviews
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in healthcare claims adjudication and financial processing
- Fundamental understanding of basic computer programming concepts, including configuration and batch processing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other quantitative analysis software
- Strong analytical skills with experience in business process re-engineering
- Ability to effectively communicate technical ideas to diverse audiences
